Simple and Fast Weight Loss Recipe - Baby Corn Joy

Ingredients


  • Baby Corn - 200g

  • Green cold [chopped] - 1 no

  • Ginger [Chopped] - 11/2 teaspoon

  • Garlic [chopped] - 11/2 teaspoon

  • Soy sauce-1tsp

  • Tomato Cold Spicy Sauce - 2 tsp

  • Corn flour-1tsp

  • Chili - chopped - 2 tbsp

  • Oil - 1 teaspoon

  • Seasoning with salt and pepper

preparation

Mix soy sauce, tomato sauce and corn flour with 2 tablespoons of water and set aside. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add baby corn, and fry on high heat for 5 minutes. Add green cold, ginger and garlic and fry for another 3 minutes. Then add the corn flour and sauce mixture. Mix well in high flame until the soy sauce is applied to the baby corn. Pour in the pepper, add salt and pepper and mix well. Take heat. A great side dish to enjoy!
